Internal discussions have been had around the growing complexity of Ender IO's upgrade paths.

One of these discussions has presented the idea of removing capacitor modifiers, and instead making capacitors have a single value (their 'modifier value' which affects both the consumption speed/rate and storage capacity of the machines energy buffer only). Capacitors will have no other purpose. The void left by the lack of upgrades for things like range etc. (which was yet to be implemented anyway) will be filled by our future machine upgrade plans.
