Port the fluid tank item voiding function from old version of EnderIO to 1.20.1 and 1.21.1

Why do you thing this feature belongs in Ender IO.

In Minecraft 1.12.2, if you filled an EnderIO's fluid tank with hot fluid (such as lava), a slot and setting for voiding items would appear. However, this feature has not been ported back to the new version. If this feature is re-added, it will provide a special feature to generate lava using EnderIO.

sadly we don't support 1.20.1 anymore, 1.21.1 is support tho
