The bug
Regular furnace recipes only work in left slot of Alloy Smelter

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Make Alloy Smelter and power it
Put cobblestone or sand in middle slot or right slot
Note that the Alloy Smelter does not start
Move the cobblestone or sand to the left slot
Note that the Alloy Smelter does start

Expected behavior
Regular furnace recipes to behave like Alloy recipes

Alloy recipes can be put in out of order, that works as expected.
