Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

When using FTB Ultimine to vein mine conduits, only one is dropped

Expected Behavior

It should drop all vein mined conduits

Steps To Reproduce

Download ATM9 0.0.32 (sorry for not testing it environment with only enderIO and FTB Ultimine. I assumed it doesn't matter)
Place a few fluid conduits
Vein mine them (I used silent gear diamond pickaxe with Efficiency IV, Unbreaking III and Mending)

Environment

- OS: Windows
- Java version: openjdk 19.0.2
- Minecraft version: 1.20.1
- Version: 6.0.5-alpha-all (enderio) and ftb-ultimine-forge-2001.1.2.jar

Anything else?
