[BUG] breaking a painted block removes texture #304

Current Behavior

When breaking a painted block it no longer has a texture or its nbt data you can use the blocks as normal placing, interacting, seeing shadows just without a texture.

Expected Behavior

To keep its texture when broken

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Paint a block
  2. Place it
  3. Break it in survival mode

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Java version: OpenJDK 17.0.3
- Minecraft version: 1.20.1
- Version: 6.0.5
