Current Behavior

Expected Behavior

As shown, the conduits don't "work" until they're updated.

Steps To Reproduce

Place conduit.
Change conduit settings.
Leave the world.
Log back in.
Conduit stops working/returns to default.

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Java version: 19.0.1
- Minecraft version: 1.20.1
- Version: 6.0.5-alpha

was reproducable, when node had to be recovered, fixed with #296
