Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
energy conduits are set to extract only with never on by default right now.

Describe the solution you'd like
in 1.12 energy conduits were set by default to both import and export with redstone ignore. it's a bit slow to have to configure everything by hand. would be nice to see those setting brought back

Describe alternatives you've considered
would be nice if we had that doohicky that copy pasted the setting for you, but I'm assuming that's in the works too
