Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

I require version 0.5.78 for endercore but that doesn't exist yet, latest version is 0.5.77

Expected Behavior

for enderio to work with endercore 0.5.77

Steps To Reproduce

install enderio and endercore 0.5.77
launch the game

Environment

- OS: win 10 pro
- Java version: v8 update 381
- Minecraft version: 1.12.2
- Version: ?

Anything else?
