I have searched the existing issues

Current Behavior

This is more of a cosmetic bug, but work lights in machines are always on regardless of whether the machine is processing something or not. I have seen this in my base on the Alloy Smelter, Sag Mill, Slice'N'Splice and Soul Binder but suspect it applies to more.

Expected Behavior

When a machine is working the light comes on, but turns off when it is finished.

Steps To Reproduce

Place down a machine.
Do not put anything inside.
Confirm that the light is on.

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Java version: 17.0.3
- Minecraft version: 1.20.1
- Version: EnderIO-1.20.1-6.0.14-alpha
