There were some recent changes in by ferriarnus on august 4 2023 in EnderBlockEntity. The version you have is outdated (it contains EnderBlockEntity.createDataSlotUpdate() which doesnt exist in newer versions. Is it possible to update?

That is a wildly outdated build, you should get a copy from curseforge, modrinth or a nightly build from https://nightly.link/Team-EnderIO/EnderIO/workflows/nightly/dev%2F1.20.1/nightly-build.zip

Notify the devs of arc light about it, having a non clean forge/NeoForge install can result in unexpected crashes. Also: wasn't there a problem with mixins and Java19? Try with Java 17
