I did not find any existing requests.

Explain your idea

Currently, each block has it's own capabilities, and energy gets spread over all of them. I think it would be better to have 1 capability for all banks, linked to the graph.

Why do you thing this feature belongs in Ender IO.

Unsure if this can be done in a backward-compatible manner (atleast without significant technical challenge). Might be worth making this a 7.0 goal?
