In EnderIO 1.12 you were able to combine loot capacitors in an anvil to get the best stats from each, which makes them much more useful.

Why do you thing this feature belongs in Ender IO.

BTW: It didn't simply pull the best value, it combined them using some randomness. I think you had a 75% chance to get something that was better than the better of the two. Just look it up in the old code.
