Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Is there an existing proposal for this?
Explain your idea
In EnderIO 1.12 you were able to combine loot capacitors in an anvil to get the best stats from each, which makes them much more useful.
Why do you thing this feature belongs in Ender IO.
Are there any alternatives?

BTW: It didn't simply pull the best value, it combined them using some randomness. I think you had a 75% chance to get something that was better than the better of the two. Just look it up in the old code.
Thanks for the insight!
