Is there an existing issue for this?

I did not find any existing issues.

Current Behavior

My TPS dropped to 8, checked the spark profiler and it's almost entirely conduits,

Persists through a server restart, see below:

looks like you have a big capacitor bank that is a bit too slow. If you don't need it you could either downsize it or disconnect it until we've upgraded the performance of them. sorry for the inconvenience

Forgot to update, removed the capacitors and the tps issues went away. Thank you!
