Is there an existing issue for this?

I did not find any existing issues.

Current Behavior

If you connect the Enhanced Power Cable to a Netherite Generator from Generator Galore and an Ender Cell from Powah, the cable will not draw power from the generator, but will work with the cable from Powah or Pipez as it should.

In the pictures above you can see how I connected them.

PS: The Ender Cell is not full.

Expected Behavior

The generator should lose power and the energy cell should gain power.

How to Test

Place the generator and place coal or fuel in it.
Place the Powah Ender Cell and make sure it has at least one battery (also from Powah) in it.
Connect them with the Cable.

Is it possible for you to record a tour of this setup showing everything connected to the generator? Testing on ATM10 right now and conduits are receiving energy from the netherite generator just fine. Thanks!
