Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I did not find any existing issues.

Current Behavior

Iron dust to Iron Ingot is a furnace recipe:

It does not work in the Alloy Smelter

Expected Behavior

Every furnace recipe should work in the alloy smelter .

How to Test

  1. Grab some iron dust
  2. Toss it in the smelter
  3. Nothing happens

Local Environment

- **Operating System**: Windows
- **Java version**: Adoptium 1.21
- **Minecraft Version**: 1.21.1
- **Version**: 7.1.4-alpha (Also in 7.1.1-alpha)
- **Other Mods**: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/modpacks/enigmatica10

Any Additional Information?

I have not yet tested this with only EIO, However, it doesn't seem likely that any other mods would be breaking this. Almost Unified is being used to unify recipes, however the list of missing recipes appears very short. So far we're only aware of four dusts that won't work.

  • Gold Dust
  • Iron Dust
  • Copper Dust
  • Nickel Dust

On the contrary, I am still able to smelt the Raw versions of all of these. Just not the dust.

I'll try to do a bit more testing here and report back.

Interestingly with just EnderIO and Modern Industrialization (for extra metal dusts), the issue is not present. Both Iron Dusts work fine. As does Nickel and Gold.

So it certainly appears to be a mod interaction, but the furnace recipes are clearly still present, so I'd expect this to just work.

The linked PR has been tested in Enigmatica 10 and seems to fix the dust smelting issue
